Synecore is a mechanical and electrical company like no other. We are a contractor that was built upon delivering care, value and results.
Back in 2005, Synecore was co-founded by Paul Thomas and Adrian Eade, who saw a gap in the market for an M&E contractor that cared for its customers more than the bottom line. Having a point of contact for the client, who can genuinely help will always be our priority. To this day, Synecore’s out of hours emergency support line is answered by a member of the senior team, and our own engineers will be onsite within hours to rectify the problem. As a result, our KPIs for reactive maintenance sit above the nation average.

At a time when costs for materials and labour have reached an all-time high, we prioritise value for our clients. Knowing that M&E costs can be a significant chunk of a construction project budget, Synecore does things differently. We work directly for the end client to cut unnecessary mark-up fees and ensure we deliver the service we promised. We continue to collaborate with fellow contractors and trades to ensure the programme remains on schedule. As a result, budgets are spent wisely, and the client receives a superior result.

Giving Back
As a successful and profitable company, we strongly believe in giving back to our community and good causes. This is echoed across the company through our volunteer scheme. We gift our staff two days a year, in addition to their holiday allowance, to give them time for volunteering and fundraising.

Since 2017 we have hosted a golf day to support SEN schools in Kent with the purchase of a Variety Club Sunshine Coach. Each year we raise in the region of £35,000 through ticket sales, sponsorship and activities throughout the day. It’s become a much-anticipated event for our client and suppliers, who generously contribute.
Thanks to everyone’s support, we help give children with severe and complex learning difficulties the freedom to enjoy everyday activities that we all take for granted, such as going to the supermarket, the park, or to beach. Seeing what a difference these coaches make, means the world to Synecore’s people, our clients and our suppliers.
