Restaurant air conditioning maintenance
After completing the restaurant air conditioning and ventilation installation for Inamo’s new site in Covent Garden, Synecore was awarded the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contract to ensure the restaurant’s air conditioning system remains efficient and Fgas compliant all-year-round.
Earlier this year Synecore fitted a Toshiba and Mitsubishi air conditioning system to serve Inamo’s brand new three story restaurant. As part of the PPM contract, Synecore will provide scheduled maintenance inspections throughout the year to carry out cleaning, check for leakages in the restaurant air conditioning system and generally ensure it is operating efficiently. Should Inamo experience any troubles with their restaurant air conditioning, they will be able to contact Synecore’s priority call out service.
Gary Piper, Synecore’s HVAC Manager, says, “For restaurants like Inamo, and other commercial properties that rely on their air conditioning system to maintain an ambient temperature within the kitchen, and to keep their customers and their staff comfortable, our maintenance and service programme is ideal.
“It provided businesses with peace of mind, that their air conditioning system is regularly inspected to comply with strict Fgas regulations, as the company can be held liable for any leakages that could be harmful to the surrounding environment,” concludes Piper.
Synecore’s engineers are all qualified to J11 CAT1 standard to ensure compliance for testing, maintenance and servicing air conditioning equipment.
