This weekend Synecore delivered its mobile coldroom trailer to its first booking for Pizza Hut in Thanet, Kent.
Earlier this year Synecore acquired the coldroom trailer to provide restaurants and commercial kitchens with a temporary solution to chilling and freezing food while maintenance and repair work on an existing coldroom takes place.
With the same chilling and freezing attributes as a permanent structure, Pizza Hut in Thanet welcomed the opportunity to hire the temporary coldroom. They needed the unit while Synecore constructs a new permanent coldroom in the kitchen area.
Synecore regularly services and maintains the refrigeration for a number of Pizza Hut restaurants across Kent, and hopes other restaurants and commercial kitchens - in Kent, Essex, Surrey, Sussex and London - that suffer from a refrigeration breakdowns will benefit from the mobile coldroom trailer.
The mobile coldroom is fitted to a compact trailer for easy transportation and its weatherproof exterior means it can be stored outside or inside the premises, depending on accessibility.
Pizza Hut has decided to hire the mobile coldroom trailer on a weekly hire basis, while its permanent coldroom is built. The coldroom trailer is also available for daily hire, making it the ideal refrigeration and freezing device for caterers during events and farmers markets.
